1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Mintiwo you agree to these terms and all applicable laws.
2. Accounts
Users must provide accurate information and protect their login credentials.
3. Job Listings
Companies are responsible for lawful, accurate and non-discriminatory listings. Mintiwo may review, reject, close or remove listings.
4. Applications and Coins
Applying to jobs is free. Candidates may optionally use coins to improve their application position. Companies do not see the number of coins used. Coins may also be used for job posting and selected visibility tools. Coins have no cash value and are not transferable unless expressly approved by Mintiwo.
5. Paid Services
Featured jobs, company badges, internships, certificates and coin packages may require payment. Manual payments remain pending until verified by an administrator.
6. Refunds
Approved digital credits and activated services are generally non-refundable once used or started, except where required by law or specifically approved by Mintiwo.
7. International Use
Users are responsible for compliance with local employment, tax and privacy laws.
8. Suspension
Fraud, fake jobs, duplicate abuse, misleading documents or policy violations may result in restriction, suspension or permanent removal.
