Frequently Asked Questions
Can I browse Mintiwo before creating an employer account?
Yes. Public pages can be explored without login. Employer login or sign up becomes necessary when you want to continue into the company posting workflow.
What happens when I click Post a Job?
If you are not logged in, Mintiwo asks you to login or create a company account first. If you are already logged in as an employer, you continue directly to the posting flow.
Can I post immediately after signing up?
Not fully. The current Mintiwo flow requires company approval first, then company KYC. Once those required checks are approved, job posting becomes available.
Do you support Continue with Google?
Yes. Continue with Google works in both login and registration. New Google sign-ups still complete the additional role-specific information required by Mintiwo.
How do job seekers apply to jobs?
Jobs can be discovered publicly. When a candidate tries to continue into the full job-application flow, Mintiwo prompts them to login or sign up so the application attaches to a real candidate profile.
Can I manage applications after posting?
Yes. The employer dashboard and related employer pages continue to handle job management, applications and other employer-side actions.
